I am an associate in Lewis Silkin’s Digital, Commerce and Creative team in London.
I joined Lewis Silkin in March 2022 having qualified as a solicitor in March 2019. I work regularly with clients in the media & entertainment, retail, and technology business.
Media & Entertainment
I regularly work with clients in the media and entertainment sector advising on a range of commercial, consumer and regulatory issues. In particular, I have experience advising new media clients on platform regulation, intermediary liability, product counsel issues and consumer and commercial law issues.
I advise on all aspects of offline and online sales to consumers including addressing broader legal issues when interacting with consumers and creating legally compliant consumer sales journeys.
I also regularly work with retail clients in the business-to-business context, including on agency and distribution deals and e-commerce and goods to market solutions.
Commercial & Technology
I also advise on, negotiate and draft a range of complex commercial contracts. These include contracts in respect of brand partnerships; SaaS and other software services; third party logistics; sponsorship; advertising and marketing; and creative services agreements.
