I am an Associate in the Digital, Commerce & Creative team at Lewis Silkin.
At Lewis Silkin, I regularly advise on a wide range of commercial and technology contracts with a particular focus in the Advertising & Marketing, Media & Entertainment and Retail sectors. I also advise on a range of more specialist topics such as intellectual property and data protection matters (including GDPR compliance).
From an advertising and marketing perspective, I advise both brands and agencies with consumer and regulatory matters and provides clearance advice in respect of advertising campaigns. I have experience drafting and negotiating a range of commercial agreements in this space including client/agency contracts, media buying agreements, brand partnership agreements, content commissioning agreements, production agreements, talent/influencer agreements, website T&Cs and promotional T&Cs.
I also have strong expertise in the technology and retail sectors, having advised clients on a variety of complex agreements including digital services agreements, platform and software development agreements, business process and IT outsourcings as well as retail concession, sponsorship and franchise agreements.
Prior to joining Lewis Silkin, I studied law and Spanish law at UCL and subsequently trained and worked in the Commercial & Technology team at the international law firm, Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP.
