I am a Lawyer in the Lewissilkinhouse team, with experience advising a wide range of clients, from individuals to multinationals, on complex employment matters.
I have experience advising both employers and senior executives on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including dismissals, disciplinary and grievance issues, exit negotiations and settlement agreements, redundancies, team moves and on the employment aspects of corporate transactions, including advising on the application of TUPE.
I have a particular interest in dispute resolution and litigation, and advise clients on employment related disputes both in the Employment Tribunal and High Court, including workplace discrimination, unfair and wrongful dismissal and claims involving the enforceability of restrictive covenants.
I began my career in private practice and joined the Lewissilkinhouse team in March 2020. I am currently seconded to the in-house legal team of a public service broadcaster.
