I am an Associate in the Employment, Immigration and Reward division. I advise clients across a variety of sectors on a wide range of both contentious and non-contentious employment law issues.
My expertise includes drafting and reviewing employment contracts and policies, providing day-to-day general employment support, and advising on settlement agreements and the enforcement of post-termination restrictions. I also deal with contentious matters and have experience in acting for employers in Employment Tribunal litigation (including claims for unfair dismissal, discrimination, harassment and whistleblowing).
I am part of the Investigations group at Lewis Silkin. We assist organisations in carrying out complex and highly sensitive workplace investigations. My expertise in this area includes both carrying out fact-finding investigations and advising on next steps for businesses based on the findings of the investigation.
Prior to joining Lewis Silkin, I studied Law at the University of Bristol and completed my legal training at a leading global law firm headquartered in London.
