We deal with queries on all topics, including grievances, disciplinaries, sickness absence, family friendly provisions, performance management and TUPE. We also assist our clients in defending Employment Tribunal claims and dealing with data subject access requests, contract and handbook reviews.
Having qualified as an employment lawyer with a magic circle firm, I spent some years in private practice and then in-house in an investment bank before joining Lewis Silkin as a Professional Development Lawyer in 2008.
I moved abroad with my family in 2011 and spent the next few years learning German, raising our children and becoming a qualified executive coach, with a little bit of employment law consultancy thrown in.
I rejoined Lewis Silkin as a rockhopper in 2022 and work remotely from my home office in the beautiful region of Zug in Switzerland.
