I advise employers from a variety of sectors on a range of contentious and non-contentious matters. This includes day-to-day internal HR matters such as grievances, disciplinaries, sickness absence management, capability issues and exits. I also assist employers with the drafting and review of employment contracts, consultancy and service agreements, settlement agreements, and staff policies.

I also assist with Employment Tribunal litigation involving claims such as unfair dismissal, discrimination, harassment and whistleblowing.
