I am an Associate in the Employment, Immigration and Reward division.
I support employers and individuals on a wide range of employment issues. I deal with both advisory and contentious matters, and my experience includes drafting and reviewing employment contracts and policies, providing support in relation to disciplinary and grievance procedures and other employee relations matters. I have acted for a number of employers in the employment tribunals on unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing claims.
I am a member of Lewis Silkin’s specialist atypical workforce group and am involved in advising on employment status issues, as well as in relation to the regulatory frameworks that employment agencies and employment businesses operate in.
In addition I have experience of conducting workplace investigations in the professional services sector, including investigating serious allegations of misconduct.
