Liam MayetTrainee Solicitor

I am currently in my second seat in the Corporate department, in which I support companies, shareholders and directors on various corporate matters including mergers, acquisitions and financing. I have also completed a seat in the Employment department in which I assisted companies on a range of contentious and non-contentious matters.

I have recently completed both the Postgraduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course at BPP University London, where I graduated with distinction in both courses. Prior to embarking on a career in law, I spent seven years working in the operations and project management of live events including music festivals, concerts and brand activations. Before this, I graduated from the University of Manchester with a bachelor’s degree in history.
