I am a Chartered Trade Mark Attorney, specialising in the protection and enforcement of trade mark and design portfolios worldwide and am regularly involved in global searching filing and assignment projects.
In addition to my core expertise I have particular experience in digital enforcement, handling the global monitoring and enforcement of my clients’ trade marks and copyright online. I regularly represent clients in domain name disputes before the World Intellectual Property Organisation, Nominet, the ADR Forum, and the National Internet Exchange of India.
The protection and enforcement of brands sit at the very heart of my practice, from the clearance of trade marks through to selection, filing, prosecution, maintenance, monitoring and enforcement.
During my career I have acted for clients across industries ranging from automotive, cosmetics, defence, energy, fashion, financial institutions, food and drink, travel, media and technology.
