Immigration & Global Mobility
On a day-to-day basis, I advise clients on a broad range of immigration applications, representing organisations as well as private individuals. I commonly advise on spouse/unmarried partner applications under Appendix FM, European applications, Indefinite Leave to Remain and Naturalisation. I also guide clients through Points-Based System applications, predominantly under Tiers 2 and 5.
I am experienced in handling complex sponsor licence applications, advising on the application process itself as well as conducting mock audits and training HR teams on sponsor management, compliance duties and the prevention of illegal working.
