I am an Associate in the Employment, Immigration and Reward division.
I advise clients on a wide range of both contentious and non-contentious employment law issues. My experience includes supporting employers in relation to disciplinaries and grievances, dismissals, redundancies, and TUPE transfers, as well as drafting and reviewing employment contracts and handbooks.
I also advise both employers and individuals in relation to exit negotiations and settlement agreements, as well as assisting clients with litigation in the Employment Tribunal.
I am a member of our Investigations and Regulatory group and have worked on a number of investigations. This involves interviewing witnesses, identifying relevant evidence and writing reports so that organisations can respond appropriately to the findings made.
