I am an Associate in Lewis Silkin’s Digital Creative & Commerce and Brands & IP practice groups, with a particular focus on retail hospitality & leisure, technology and sports business. I qualified in 2019 and joined Lewis Silkin in February 2022.
I draft and negotiate complex commercial and technology contracts, including in respect of the supply of goods and services, distribution & agency, sponsorship, franchise & distribution, outsourcing and software development.
I provide advice relating to the protection and exploitation of brands and innovation, and draft and negotiate all types of commercial IP agreements relating to the use and exploitation of intellectual property rights, including sponsorship, broadcasting and talent agreements. I also help clients navigate the relevant IP and marketing risks within brand campaigns.
