My sector experience spans financial services, oil and gas, retail, healthcare and media, and many others – enjoying working in diverse and fast paced companies, navigating significant change, operating in a highly competitive and regulated environments.

I deal with both contentious and non-contentious matters across the full range of employee relations issues, including supporting clients with employment contracts and policy work; restructuring and reorganisation design and execution; challenging discrimination issues; complex disciplinary, grievance and performance management cases; senior-level employee exits and managing high profile tribunal claims – and everything in between. My focus is on working collaboratively with the business to provide pragmatic and commercial advice to further the business interest, priding myself on not being one to sit on the fence in the face of difficult decisions.
