Employment

I advise domestic and international clients on a range of employment law issues including recruitment practices, contract and policy reviews, performance and absence management, health and safety issues, grievance and disciplinary issues and the termination of the employment relationship. I also advice clients on employment issues in commercial transactions and corporate re-organisations including TUPE. I previously trained and worked in one of Ireland’s largest law firms and I’m currently undertaking an Advanced Diploma in Applied Employment Law with The Honorable Society of King’s Inns.

Immigration

I advise businesses and individuals moving to Ireland on immigration and global mobility issues including work permit and visa applications.

Data & Privacy

I advise on employment related data privacy issues including dealing with data subject access requests, data breaches and drafting privacy notices and policies.
