I am an immigration paralegal working on a wide range of UK immigration matters with a focus on business immigration.
I graduated from the University of West of England with a degree in Law in 2015. I completed my Legal Practice Course at Cardiff University in 2017.
I joined Lewis Silkin in April 2019. Before this I worked for three years as a Welfare Benefit Caseworker at Citizens Advice with a focus on EEA right to reside cases.
I am a member of the Immigration Law Practitioners’ Association and I work on a number of immigration issues including the following:
- Work-related visa applications, especially under Tiers 2 and 5 of the Points-Based System and sponsor licence matters for employers.
- Applications for settlement/indefinite leave, citizenship and British passports.
- Applications for EEA nationals and their non-EEA family members.
- Visit visas (e.g. for business or family visits) to the UK and to the Schengen area
