I am an Associate in the Employment, Immigration and Reward division. I advise on both employment and immigration law.
I qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales after training at Lewis Silkin. I have a degree in Law from Cambridge University and I completed the LPC at BPP.
I support employers and employees from various sectors on a broad range of employment queries. I can help with all contentious and non-contentious employment issues, including terminations, employment contracts, employment status, discrimination, pay (including National Minimum Wage compliance), performance management, grievances and transactions (including TUPE).
I advise employers and individuals on immigration issues, including all aspects of the UK’s points-based immigration system (including sponsor licences and compliance) and individual applications (including visas, settled status and citizenship applications). I have particular expertise in advising on right to work, especially scenarios in which right to work issues interact with employment law challenges.
As a member of the firm’s Sports sector group, I work with some of the world’s leading clubs, players and sporting professionals. I advise on all employment and immigration issues in the world of sports, including player transfers, compliance and negotiations.
