About

I act for both individuals and employers across a wide range of employment law matters. Having spent some time in-house at a multi-national bank, I am able to step into the shoes of my clients to deliver tailored and commercial advice in my day-to-day practice.

I specialise in drafting and negotiating employment contracts and settlement agreements for both employers and individuals as well as acting for claimants and respondents in Employment Tribunal litigation. I also regularly provide strategic advice to employers and individuals on complex disciplinaries, grievances, dismissals and capability issues.

I have lived and worked in three countries and speak three languages - English, French and Akan. Outside of work, I am an avid Chelsea FC fan. I am also passionate about youth mentoring and regularly provide career coaching to young people from underprivileged backgrounds.
