I have over 15 years' experience working as an employment lawyer, employee relations specialist and a workplace investigator, both as an employee and as a contractor.

I have worked in a variety of sectors including technology, financial services, consulting, media and entertainment, insurance and law, with a focus on UK, EMEA and APAC.

  • Providing support and strategic ER advice to management, employees and senior stakeholders on navigating complex people situations (including performance issues, restructuring, well-being, D&I, misconduct, interpersonal issues / informal conflict resolution, grievances, terminations)
  • Conducting investigations into allegations of mistreatment, misconduct, discrimination, harassment and / or retaliation. Partnering with multiple stakeholders to ensure end to end process is managed and implemented consistently, humanely and in compliance with local law and best practice
  • Implementing recommendations flowing from the informal / formal investigation processes on an individual and company level to effect meaningful change e.g. coaching, mediation, disciplinary measures, training, listening exercises / culture reviews
  • Project-managing large scale restructuring exercises across EMEA
