I have worked as an employment lawyer for nearly a decade and have spent over half of that either in-house permanently or on client secondments. I was the first LS In-house employee to be sent on a client secondment! That in-house experience has given me the ability to become a trusted advisor to my clients and a deep understanding of each client's values, needs and expectations.
My experience includes 10 years working in the technology sector; EMEA-wide projects such as cross-border transfers, restructuring projects, and consultation exercises; gender pay gap reporting; and Employment Tribunal litigation including complex discrimination claims.
I speak fluent French and German. I have carried out mental health first aider training and I am a CEDR-accredited mediator. I am also an experienced trainer. I enjoy mentoring junior lawyers and getting involved in social mobility and diversity initiatives.
Outside of work, as well as having 2 young boys, I sing in a gospel/pop choir, play the clarinet in a London orchestra and love Pilates.
