I'm an Associate in Lewis Silkin's Employment team, having qualified in August 2025. I advise a range of clients including regulated companies and clients in the creative industries on the full range of employment issues. I specialise in workplace investigations and also regularly act on complex, high-value Employment Tribunal litigation.

I trained at Lewis Silkin, completing seats in Corporate and Dispute Resolution as well as two seats in Employment. Before starting my training contract, I worked in Lewis Silkin's Employment and Immigration teams, studying the LPC part-time at the University of Law alongside my role. I hold a law degree from the University of the West of England.

Outside client work, I'm actively involved in the firm's Diversity, Equity and Inclusion network as a member of both the Gender group and Lewis SilkOut.

  • Advising employers on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, particularly for regulated and financial services clients and businesses in the creative industries.
  • Acting on complex, high-value Employment Tribunal claims involving worker status, unfair dismissal, discrimination and harassment.
  • Assisting on a statutory inquiry.

  • Investigating sensitive complaints of sexual harassment at a media company.
  • Investigating sensitive complaints of sexual harassment and sex discrimination at a pharmaceutical company.
  • Investigating complaints concerning directors' duties and bullying at a commodities company.
  • Investigating complaints of bullying and harassment at an investment company and at a law firm.
  • Advising employers on how to set up, run and manage workplace investigations fairly and robustly.
