I am a Senior Associate on the employment team based in Lewis Silkin's Dublin Office.

I advise clients on the life cycle of the employment relationship from recruitment through to termination. I have extensive experience providing strategic, practical advice on all aspects of employment law to international and domestic companies, including grievances, disciplinary matters, employment contracts, redundancies, the termination of employment and on the enforcement of post-termination restrictions.

I have successfully represented a number of clients before the Workplace Relations Commission, the Labour Court and the civil courts in a variety of claims including unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing claims.

I also advise clients on data protection law and guide businesses on their GDPR compliance and on employment issues that arise.
