About

I am an Associate in Lewis Silkin's Employment team, advising employers on both contentious and non‑contentious matters. I began my career as a musician and teacher, before pivoting to law and completing my legal studies at BPP University in London. After completing my training contract and qualifying as a solicitor, I relocated to Cardiff to join the Employment team.

I advise clients on all aspects of employment law, from day‑to‑day HR issues and workplace change through to complex Employment Tribunal litigation. I am also passionate about designing client training, working with HR teams and managers to ensure they are best equipped to support their staff.

I work with businesses across a range of sectors, but have a particular focus on supporting creative and media clients, drawing on my background in the Arts.
