I am an Associate in the Employment team and have experience working with a wide range of clients, including global, specialist, and local employers in both the private and public sectors regarding contentious and non-contentious employment matters. My practice includes day-to-day advisory matters, litigation, running investigations, and managing large-scale multinational projects. I utilise legal tech where suitable throughout my matters. I also advise individuals on all aspects of their employment including the negotiation of exit terms and settlement agreements. Furthermore, I have undertaken a secondment at a global insurer in their Employee Relations team.
I am in the investigations, international, collectives, and modern slavery, specialist groups. I also enjoy providing client training and speaking at panel events.
My areas of interest are DEI issues, in particular, LGBTQIAA+ matters and disability (with a focus on neurodiversity), including advising on ill-health capability and reasonable adjustment matters. I also have specific experience running large-scale settlement agreement projects and negotiations. Additionally, I enjoying running external investigations. I have experience leading multiple sensitive investigations including into complaints of serious sexual harassment, racial harassment, fraud and misrepresentation, and modern day slavery against all levels of employees and management.
