As Chief Practice Transformation Officer for our People orientated service lines, I work closely with our partners, practice teams and business professionals, deploying a strategic, commercial and action orientated mindset to our unrelenting focus on service excellence and the development of new service lines.
My teams bring a passion for improvement, people and culture, and are ultimately focussed on helping Lewis Silkin develop long lasting relationships with clients and our colleagues.
When out of the office, you'll find me on a bike, the basketball court or developing my skills as a father – all a work in progress.
