I have worked in client service orientated roles for my entire career, developing deep skills in change management, strategy and operational execution, leading, coaching and developing colleagues.

As Chief Practice Transformation Officer for our People orientated service lines, I work closely with our partners, practice teams and business professionals, deploying a strategic, commercial and action orientated mindset to our unrelenting focus on service excellence and the development of new service lines.

My teams bring a passion for improvement, people and culture, and are ultimately focussed on helping Lewis Silkin develop long lasting relationships with clients and our colleagues.

When out of the office, you'll find me on a bike, the basketball court or developing my skills as a father – all a work in progress.

Practice operations & transformation

  • Advising on strategy development and the appropriate enabling operating models to ensure effective day-to-day operations
  • Evolving services to meet the needs of clients, adopting new technologies such as automated systems and digital platforms to streamline service delivery while enhancing the client experience
  • Sponsoring and providing change leadership for business plans, key priorities and projects while also unlocking opportunities to bring ideas and people together
  • Actively advocating for colleagues and clients to ensure shared needs are fully considered and addressed as operational platforms are improved
