I am an Associate in our Employment Team, based in Leeds. With a background in Social Policy and Government from the London School of Economics and Political Science, followed by a Master's in Law, I bring a well-rounded perspective to complex employment issues.

I advise clients across various sectors, offering guidance on a full spectrum of employment matters, from strategic, non-contentious issues to navigating challenging disputes.   • Providing clear, actionable employment advice to HR and management teams, ensuring compliance and strategic decision-making.
  • Creating, reviewing, and advising on a range of employment documents, including settlement agreements, employment contracts, and HR policies and procedures
  • Conducting independent workplace investigations for large businesses, addressing sensitive HR issues such as bullying, sexual harassment, and modern-day slavery through Lewis Silkin's Investigations Group
