I am an in-house employment lawyer with significant experience working on all aspects of the employment relationship across multiple jurisdictions. I started my career in private practice spending 10 years advising retail, corporate and public sector clients. I moved from private practice to in-house, initially in the security and risk management sector providing advice on high risk jurisdictions before spending 10 years in the technology sector, eventually leading a team of employment lawyers across the globe to provide advice and support on employment law issues in 60+ jurisdictions. I continue to provide in-house employment law support to global clients across a wide range of jurisdictions and business sectors.

  • Advising on a range of day-to-day operational aspects of employment law – recruitment, contracts, disciplinary & grievance, dismissals and diversity, equity & inclusion, collective consultation and works councils
  • Working on numerous major change projects, including role & compensation remodeling and organisational restructuring at a management and strategic design level as well as operational implementation
  • Advising on employee transfer issues in relation to service outsourcing and insourcing as well as mergers and acquisitions
  • Advising on policy design and implementation in relation to regulatory compliance and investigatory matters
