I am a Legal Director in the Real Estate practice. I specialise in complex Real Estate investment, acquisitions and disposals, headquarter moves and large, global real estate portfolios. I lead teams dealing with high value and high-profile portfolio and asset management work. I am particularly recognised for my ability to deliver on high value, time critical and complex transactions and structures (such as a portfolio ground rent acquisitions, forward funding development, leading on a large portfolio asset acquisitions and disposals, complex M&A work) and for the strength of my relationships with key clients including leading financial institutions, investors, financiers, developers, high profile retailers, owners, operators and occupiers and corporate clients with major real estate portfolios.

I head up the national Corporate Support team and manage national property resourcing for corporate deals. I provide expert support and solutions to corporate colleagues and clients on complex share/asset deals, high-profile, time-critical corporate deals, including traditional M&A as well as corporate wrapper deals, forward purchases and forward funded acquisitions, SPV acquisitions, Propco/Opco commercial arrangements, W&I backed transactions and portfolio and asset management work.

My aim is to understand my clients' drivers in order to help them get to where they want to get to with minimum legal risk, taking into account wider business issues and not just the law.
