Lewis Silkin advises Next Fifteen Communications Group plc on its acquisition of Technical Associates Group

Lewis Silkin has advised its client Next Fifteen Communications, the digital communications group, on its 100% acquisition of the Technical Associates Group (“TAG”), a specialist technical content and digital marketing business focused on the industrial engineering sector, on 12 July 2018.

Following the acquisition, TAG will trade as a member of the Publitek group, strengthening Publitek’s expertise across the industrial engineering sector in the UK, Germany and Singapore. TAG’s clients included National Instruments, HIMA and Atlas Copco.

The acquisition of TAG marks the sixth deal on which Lewis Silkin has advised Next Fifteen Communications. The team was led by Corporate Partner Paul Rajput, alongside Partner Matthew Rowbotham and Associate Jack Baldwin.
