Lewis Silkin advises Next Fifteen Communications Group plc on its acquisition of The Brandwidth Group Limited

Lewis Silkin has advised its client Next 15, the digital communications group, on its 100% acquisition of The Brandwidth Group, a UK based digital innovation agency on 6 February 2018.

The acquisition of Brandwidth will provide Next 15 with significant digital skills, in particular in relation to their capabilities around the use of voice, something which Next 15 see, through platforms such as Google Home and Amazon’s Alexa, as a highly disruptive form of marketing.

The acquisition of Brandwidth Group marks the fifth deal on which Lewis Silkin has advised Next 15. The team was led by Corporate Partner Paul Rajput, alongside Partner Matthew Rowbotham and Sadiq Tajbhai.
