I am a Scottish-qualified Registered Foreign Lawyer in our Hong Kong office advising on all aspects of employment and immigration law.
I have a particular interest in labour law and have a broad range of experience advising multi-national corporations across different sectors on all manner of employment law issues in both advisory and contentious contexts. My advisory work is varied and covers advice in relation to a wide spread of issues including employment structure, redundancies, discrimination, restrictive covenants, terminations, review of employment contracts and protective agreements, and global mobility matters.
I also regularly co-ordinate employment law advice across multiple jurisdictions for international projects as well as regularly present at client seminars and draft client alerts and updates on various employment law topics.
Whilst my focus is on employment law, I also frequently assist corporate clients as well as individuals from around the world with navigating immigration options and issues. I regularly advise corporate clients, both multinationals and start-ups, on the transfer of personnel to Hong Kong and the Asia Pacific region, and High Net Worth Individuals on personal immigration matters.
