Lewis Silkin’s Managing an International Workforce conference brought together over 300 delegates for a full day of discussions around the employment law challenges affecting international employers. During the day the Future of Work Hub hosted a panel discussion on the recruitment and retention challenges for multinationals.
We looked at how longer-term shifts in labour markets have become more pronounced and how the pandemic has altered the industries and locations where people want to work at a time when attitudes in society and the workplace have shifted. Our panel also considered what steps multinationals can take to meet current skills challenges and how global organisations can successfully implement workforce strategies to ensure the long-term viability of the business.
