This guide by the Centre for Ageing Better explains that nearly one in three workers in the UK are aged 50 and over, and with the average employee in their 40s, this is set to grow over the next decade. It draws on insights from both employers and employees to offer a practical summary of what employers can do to become more age-friendly, covering flexibility, recruitment, supporting health at work, career development and how to foster an age-positive culture.
