This report by Prudential reveals that the "gig economy" has become a significant source of employment for three generations of Americans - Millennials, Gen Xers and Baby Boomers - and while all three see opportunities in gig work, they also acknowledge challenges. It examines how gig work differs across these three generations, and emphasises that understanding how and why they use gig work can give employers important insights into workers' expectations and needs, in turn helping them attract the best talent.
