The report explores how jobs will change and tasks will be automated, but AI will create greater capacity for professionals to provide value to customers and stakeholders.
However, the research shows that while many see the positive impact AI will have on recruitment, training, career paths, and well-being, there is uncertainty, with professionals citing concerns around accuracy (25%), job loss (19%), data security (15%), and ethics (15%).
