Thomson Reuter's 2023 Future of Professionals report reveals that 45% of professionals pin their biggest AI aspirations around improvements in operational efficiencies that will provide greater productivity. Amid the changing nature of professional work, organisations across industries are continuing to adopt AI into their everyday workflows. The report explores how jobs will change and tasks will be automated, but AI will create greater capacity for professionals to provide value to customers and stakeholders. 

However, the research shows that while many see the positive impact AI will have on recruitment, training, career paths, and well-being, there is uncertainty, with professionals citing concerns around accuracy (25%), job loss (19%), data security (15%), and ethics (15%).
