Research from Edu Birdie, which analyses data from 2,000 Gen Zers in the US reveals that 37% of respondents want a job they enjoy, while 31% say money is more important. The research shows that family and relationships are one of GenZ’s most important priorities (69%), followed by health and wellbeing (62%) and financial stability (55%).
