New research from the World Employment Confederation reveals that 81% of business leaders believe advances in AI will require new skills, yet 78% are concerned they cannot train employees fast enough to keep pace with technology developments in the next three years. The report suggests that digital transformation and flexible working will create the greatest challenges for talent planning in the next two years and spotlights how businesses are responding and adjusting their talent strategies to create more flexible workforces -agile talent models will help leaders meet workers' most important expectations and will be crucial to organisational success when constant change is the norm.
