Drawing on insights from hundreds of applicants and in-depth interviews, the report recommends embedding AI as a strategic enterprise-wide capability; amplifying human-AI collaboration through redesigned roles and workflows; strengthening data foundations and strategic data sources to advance AI impact and scale; modernising the technology stack through unified platforms and strategic engineering capabilities; and implementing responsible AI practices by design while calibrating human oversight. It emphasises that organisations that address these multiple dimensions – strategy, workforce, data, technology and governance – can achieve scalable results. Conversely, those focussing narrowly on technology or short-term return on investment will consistently struggle to scale AI.
