Lewis Silkin’s French Desk advises Descours & Cabaud Slovakia, part of the French group Descours & Cabaud, on its acquisitions of Hayley cz

The French Desk of Lewis Silkin assisted existing client the Descours & Cabaud Group in its acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Hayley cz, a company based in the Czech Republic.
The seller was Hayley Group in which Descours & Cabaud already owns a 50% stake. This transaction, which completed in December 2017, will facilitate the integration of Hayley cz into the Descours & Cabaud group in Slovakia and the Czech Republic and increase the group offering in this part of Eastern Europe.
The French Desk team was led by corporate partner, and head of the firm’s French Desk, Marie-Caroline Frochot. They worked in close collaboration with Premysl Marek, a corporate partner in the Prague office of law firm PETERKA & PARTNERS and with Descours & Cabaud’s General Counsel Bernard Van Der Elst.
