As Head of Immigration at Lewis Silkin Hong Kong, I help clients turn complex immigration challenges into practical solutions that support business growth, talent mobility, and family relocation. With over 15 years’ experience, I craft practical strategies and manage complex applications that enable clients to expand their businesses, secure key talent, and relocate with confidence.
I have acted in a number of landmark and high-profile cases, including QT v Director of Immigration [2018], which successfully challenged Hong Kong’s dependency visa policy, leading to the recognition of same-sex spouses. I regularly represent clients at Immigration Department interviews, advise on investigations, defend immigration offences such as breaches of conditions of stay, and appeal or challenge unsuccessful decisions.
Originally from New Zealand, I bring a Kiwi sense of pragmatism and warmth to my work, and am also recognised as one of Hong Kong’s Rising Stars in Family Law by Doyle’s Guide 2023 and 2024.
