With most of the session dedicated to Q&A, this is your opportunity to raise the employment and data issues most relevant to your organisation.
Topics will include:
- AI and data trends in the workplace – navigating the legal and practical challenges of artificial intelligence and data use in an employment context.
- Collective redundancies: process and pitfalls – key steps, common mistakes, and how to manage risk.
- Case law update – significant recent decisions from the WRC, Labour Court and Civil Courts, and what they mean for employers.
- What these developments mean in practice for employers in the months ahead.
We also welcome questions in advance, which we can discuss with the group on a Chatham House Rules basis. Questions can be submitted in advance here.
