About

I'm part of our client training team and specialise in designing and delivering in-person, virtual and digital learning. An employment lawyer by background, I also bring more than a decade of senior consultancy experience, partnering with HR, leadership and L&D teams to create training that makes a difference – that limits legal risk, builds skills and improves culture and conduct. I translate complex legal issues and difficult people challenges into impactful, outcomes-focused learning.

I tailor training to the client and audience: that might be around legal compliance, performance management, employee conduct, inclusive leadership or mental health awareness. I work across a range of sectors including finance, legal, professional services, retail and tech. I'm qualified in digital learning design and create resources that raise awareness and build capability.

I'm a trained mediator and believe authentic conversations are key to resolving conflict and creating strong cultures.
