About

I am a Senior Paralegal in the Immigration team here at Lewis Silkin. I've worked in Immigration Law for over 15 years, covering most application types including Skilled Worker, Global Business Mobility, Spouse and Family visas, Indefinite Leave to Remain and Naturalisation, as well as Sponsor Licence applications and compliance.

I graduated with a Bachelors degree in American Studies and Anthropology in 2006 and followed that up with completing both the Graduate Diploma in Law and the Post Graduate Diploma in Law.

I am also a member of the Immigration Law Practitioners' Association.

  • Advising on right to work issues and sponsor licence
  • Assisting employers and individuals with applications under the Points Based System
  • Assisting client employees and private individuals with Visitor visa applications including Business Visitor and Permitted Paid Engagement
  • Assisting private individuals with spouse / unmarried partner applications, UK Ancestry, Indefinite Leave to Remain, and Naturalisation and Registration applications for British citizenship
