I am an Associate in the Employment team and I advise clients on a wide range of both contentious and non-contentious employment law issues. I am also a member of Lewis Silkin's specialist Investigations group.

  • Advising on Employment Tribunal litigation (including claims for unfair dismissal, discrimination, harassment and whistleblowing)
  • Advising on dismissals, disciplinaries, grievances and performance management
  • Advising on redundancy exercises and TUPE transfers
  • Reviewing and preparing contracts and policies
  • Providing transactional assistance on corporate acquisitions
  • Assisting clients with day-to-day employment queries

Investigations

  • Carrying out investigations and producing clear reports of the findings. I have worked on a range of sensitive and complex investigations across various sectors including professional services and media
  • Investigating issues such as allegations of misconduct and discrimination as well as wider cultural themes
