About

I am part of the Data, Privacy & Cyber group in the London office. I assist the team on a wide variety of data protection and privacy matters, including Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs), multi-jurisdictional retention schedules, and updating privacy notices.

Currently, I am working towards qualification through the SQE route. I have gained experience across a number of practice areas, including Intellectual Property, Employment, Construction, and TMT, giving me a well-rounded perspective on the commercial and regulatory challenges clients face.

Prior to joining Lewis Silkin, I worked at a leading legal information company, primarily supporting the Pensions and Employment teams.

  • Assisting with data subject access requests, including preparing initial and final responses that are timely and compliant
  • Preparing cross-jurisdictional data retention schedules, with a particular focus on workplace privacy considerations
  • Supporting colleagues with general data privacy work, including updating privacy notices tailored to each client's operations and ensuring alignment with current data protection legislation
