I am an Associate in the Employment team, based in Cardiff. I joined Lewis Silkin in October 2025, bringing more than a year's post‑qualification experience gained at a commercial, full‑service firm. I advise both employers and employees across the full spectrum of employment law, from day‑to‑day HR queries to complex redundancy exercises and restructures. I have particular experience conducting Employment Tribunal litigation for both individuals and employers and take a strategic, solution‑driven, approach to contentious matters.
