I am an Associate in Lewis Silkin's Corporate team, with a particular focus on LLPs and partnerships. I act for clients across a range of sectors, including legal, accounting and financial services.

I regularly advise professional services firms and other people-led businesses on the full lifecycle of their partnership arrangements – from establishing and structuring LLPs and cross-border governance frameworks, to drafting and overhauling members' agreements and managing partner exits.

I also support the wider Corporate team on general corporate advisory and governance matters, as well as M&A transactions.

I am an active member of the Association of Partnership Practitioners.

Experience

• LLP and partnership agreements – drafting governance frameworks and constitutional documents for LLPs and general partnerships.

• Business formation – advising on the establishment and incorporation of LLP structures.

• International structuring – supporting clients on the formation of overseas offices and international operations.

• Member / partner issues – advising on a wide range of member and partner matters, including bespoke contractual terms, conduct and disciplinary issues and exits.

• M&A / private equity – acting on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions and private equity investments.

• Corporate governance and advisory – advising private limited companies and companies limited by guarantee, including membership organisations, on corporate governance, constitutional documents, articles of association and by-laws.
