About

I am an Associate in the Manchester employment team at Lewis Silkin. I studied History at the University of Sheffield before completing my GDL in 2021 and then my LPC in 2022 at the University of Law Liverpool. I completed my training contract at Kuits Solicitors and during my Employment seat I gained experience acting on behalf of both Claimant's and Respondent's in contentious and non-contentious matters.

  • Drafting and advising a range of employment documents such reviewing contracts of employment for legal compliance and settlement agreements.
  • Drafting and reviewing stand alone policies for clients and staff handbooks across a wide range of sectors.
  • Assisting senior fee earners with employment tribunal claims. My previous experience involved drafting various documents including grounds of claim, grounds of resistance and witness statements, managing disclosure and preparing hearing bundles.
