I am a commercial litigator with a leading practice in civil fraud and banking litigation, specialising in Quincecare / breach of mandate claims, fraudulent investment schemes and investment disputes in general.
I act for a diverse range of clients in high value and complex cases, ranging from all aspects of commercial litigation, including contentious insolvency and asset tracing, debt recovery actions, trust and contract disputes as well as professional negligence claims.
Prior to qualifying as a solicitor, I spent over a decade working as a banker, specialising in M&A, restructurings and investment funds. This technical and cross-industry expertise places me in a unique position to add value when advising clients on complex litigation, involving intricate financial instruments and investment fraud.
A large part of my practice focuses on acting for insolvency practitioners in cases involving the misappropriation of company funds by former directors, as well as acting for financial institutions pursuing debt recovery actions.
