I am a Trainee Solicitor in our Intellectual Property team in my third seat.
Before starting as a trainee I was an employment Paralegal in our Oxford Office. I assisted on a variety of employment law topics, mainly supporting on workplace investigations, Employment Tribunal claims, grievances, document reviews and drafting settlement agreements. This often involved International work across multiple jurisdictions.
I sat in the Dispute Resolution team for my first seat and returned to the Employment team for my second seat, where I assisted clients from a broad range of sectors, including media & entertainment, sports and other law firm and professional services clients.
Before joining Lewis Silkin I worked as a support assistant in the business team of a regional law firm, where I specialised in employment law. I also have experience working within HR.
I completed my LLB law degree at The University of Reading and completed my LPC with The University of Law, completing my research project on The Code of practice on Dismissal and Re-engagement.
