I have broad experience working in different sectors, including retail and leisure and financial services, advising clients on a range of general advisory HR matters.

I also have worked extensively on corporate and real estate transactions providing support on the employment-related aspects including due diligence, TUPE and the related contractual provisions.

I have helped to defend numerous Employment Tribunal claims and have carried out my own advocacy in the tribunal on behalf of clients.

  • Negotiating settlement agreements
  • Defending a group claim for failure to inform and consult, unfair dismissal and disability discrimination which involved 371 claimants
